How do I sync my ESPN league?

My Team → “Sync my league (ESPN / Sleeper)” → ESPN → enter your league ID (found in the ESPN app under League → Settings, or in your league page URL as leagueId=…). Private league? Log into espn.com in a browser and copy the espn_s2 and SWID cookies into the app once — they last the season.

How does live draft sync work?

After syncing your league, open Compare → ⋯ menu → “Start live draft sync.” Picks are tracked automatically every few seconds. You can always swipe players as drafted manually too.

How fresh are the rankings?

Rankings rebuild every morning from live market draft data and player news. The League tab shows the last update, and you can refresh anytime.

My scoring is weird — half PPR with 2 QBs?

League tab → set your scoring format and every lineup slot (including Superflex). Every rating in the app recalculates instantly.
