Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the OutRoute app and its features ("OutRoute," "we," "us"). By downloading or using OutRoute, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. What OutRoute is

OutRoute is a fantasy football tool. It provides player rankings, draft guidance, roster and matchup analysis, and AI-generated advice ("the Analyst") to help you make your own decisions in fantasy football leagues.

OutRoute is not a gambling or betting service. It does not accept, place, facilitate, or process any wager, bet, or real-money contest, and it is not a sportsbook or daily-fantasy-money platform. All rankings, projections, and Analyst responses are informational opinions to support your own fantasy decisions. They are predictions about uncertain events, are not guaranteed to be accurate, and are not financial, investment, or betting advice. You are solely responsible for how you use them.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use OutRoute for your own, non-commercial fantasy football use, subject to these Terms. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer, scrape, or redistribute the app or its data except as allowed by law.

3. Subscriptions, lifetime access, and purchases

OutRoute offers auto-renewing subscriptions (monthly and annual), a one-time "lifetime" purchase, and optional Analyst credit packs. All purchases are made through Apple and are subject to the App Store's terms.

Billing and auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the price and interval shown at purchase, charged to your Apple ID, unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Managing and cancelling. You manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple ID settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues through the period you have already paid for.
Lifetime access. The lifetime option is a one-time purchase that unlocks access on the purchasing Apple account and does not auto-renew.
Credits. Included Analyst credits are a feature of a paid plan and have no cash value. Credit packs are consumable and are tied to your device.
Refunds and price changes. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies; we do not process payments directly. Prices may change; any change applies to future billing periods after notice as required.
Free trials or promotions, if offered, convert to paid unless cancelled before the trial ends.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use OutRoute to break the law, to violate the rules or terms of any third-party league platform, to disrupt or attack the service, to gain unauthorized access, or to abuse the Analyst (for example, by attempting to farm free credits or overload the system). We may limit or end access that violates these Terms.

5. Third-party platforms and trademarks

OutRoute can display data from platforms such as ESPN, Yahoo, and Sleeper. OutRoute is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by ESPN, Yahoo, Sleeper, the NFL, or any of their affiliates. All names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms, and their data may change or become unavailable outside our control.

6. AI content

The Analyst produces responses using an AI model. AI can be wrong, out of date, or incomplete. Do not rely on the Analyst as your only source, and verify anything important — such as a player's injury or availability — before acting.

7. Disclaimers

OutRoute is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that rankings, projections, or advice will produce any particular result in your league.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OutRoute and its owner will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any lost league outcomes, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to OutRoute will not exceed the amount you paid us for the app in the twelve months before the claim.

9. The App Store

This agreement is between you and OutRoute only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. To the extent required, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them. We — not Apple — are solely responsible for the app, its support, and any product warranty claims to the extent not effectively disclaimed above.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms here and revise the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where local consumer-protection law grants you additional rights.
